Barb
Office Administrator
As a dental professional I feel honoured to be a part of this 20 year journey. From initially being a chair side assistant then to a receptionist and finally reaching my goal to front desk Manager.
Home was Vancouver where I worked many years then off to live in Hunting Beach California where more wonderful opportunities opened up for me. After 5 years of missing home I decided to come back to Vancouver and the Okanagan. Kelowna became our permanent home 9 years ago with no regrets.
Loving our boat life, motorcycling, side-by siding in the mountains and my ultimate favourite….Pickle Ball!
The Okanagan is such a fun filled amazing place to Live!!!
bianka
Dental Hygiene Practitioner
Bianka is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Dental Hygiene Degree Program with a Bachelor of Dental Science. Her passion for dental hygiene was sparked after witnessing the tremendous impact dental hygienists can have on their clients’ oral and overall health as well as the various roles dental hygienists play in their clients’ lives.
Recently, Bianka had the opportunity to travel to Vietnam to provide dental care to the marginalized populations of Ho Chi Minh City which further developed her interests of working with underserved community members and increasing their access to care. Bianka’s dedication to dental hygiene excellence has been recognized by several academic awards, including the Gold Scaler Clinical Proficiency Award, CDHBC Award for Professionalism and Ethics, and the dentalcorp Academic Excellence Award.
Outside of work, Bianka enjoys spending time with her family, taking dance classes, and enjoying the beautiful Okanagan. She is thrilled to be part of the team at Fresh Dental Hygiene and looks forward to welcoming you to the clinic with a smile.
